Booking and cancellation terms – ElämysPoro

1. Booking

ElämysPoro experiences are always arranged according to availability. You cannot make a direct online booking with us, but bookings are arranged separately by contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp. The booking is considered confirmed when we have separately confirmed it to the customer.

2. Payment

Payment is made as agreed, either in advance or on site. Payment methods are agreed upon when booking.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellation is free of charge if made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.

• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be charged a booking fee or part of the agreed price.

• If the customer does not arrive without prior notice, we will charge the full agreed price.

4. Changes and cancellations on our part

ElämysPoro reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation, for example:

• weather conditions (e.g. a Northern Lights tour is not possible in cloudy weather),

• reindeer welfare because of,

• or other safety-related reasons because of.

In such situations, we will offer an alternative date or refund the payment in full.

5. Customer responsibility

The customer must follow the guide's instructions to ensure safety. The tour is at their own risk, and the customer must ensure that they are dressed appropriately and are in good health.

6. Limitations of liability

ElämysPoro is not responsible for the customer's own equipment, personal belongings or damage caused by the customer.
